Our latest athletic work sneaker, the XR-1, helps provide the safety industrial jobs require while helping deliver the must-have comfort you need for long days on your feet. We started with a breathable, mutilation-free, durable nylon mesh upper designed with our Dynamic Natural Fit for generous toe space that better aligns with the anatomy of your foot and added an asymmetrical alloy safety toe and electrical hazard protection. Utilizing Timberland PRO® 24/7 Comfort Suspension System™ technology, it not only meets rigorous worksite demands, it also helps reduce foot fatigue by helping support your arch and cushioning every step. Next, we included our lightweight Hover Spring™ foam midsole that helps offer underfoot comfort and flexibility and a breathable, moisture-wicking lining made of ReBOTL™ fabric containing at least 50% recycled PET plastic with an antimicrobial treatment for odor control. Last, but certainly not least, we equipped them for sure-footed traction with a heat--, oil-, slip-, and abrasion-resistant rubber outsole that's also non-marking to help protect indoor surfaces from scuff marks and damage.
