What Is Your Shipping Policy?
Orders are shipped on business days only (Monday-Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays).
A business day is Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
Saturday and Sunday are NOT business days.
Orders placed on Fridays after 2:00 PM EST will be shipped the following Monday (or following U.S. federal holiday, as applicable).
We use flat-rate shipping. Despite the number of shipments you receive, you will never be charged more than the amount stated on your order confirmation.
Orders will be processed and shipped once credit card authorization is received.

You will not be billed for items purchased with a credit card until the items have shipped.
You may be billed for items purchased with an alternative form of payment (Gift Card, E-Gift Card, Debit/Bank Card, PayPal, PayPal Credit, ApplePay, Klarna) immediately upon order confirmation.
Note that the legal title to purchased product transfers to the buyer at the point of shipment.
Standard Shipping (3–6 business days): You can expect your order to arrive in 3-6 business days, which includes order verification and processing.

Non-members/guests all orders: $7.00
If you choose to upgrade to 2-Day (2-3 business days) or Overnight Shipping (1-2 business days), your order must be received with credit card authorized by 12:00 PM EST (Monday-Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays) or your order may not be processed until the following business day.
Any delivery to a P.O. Box address will be a $9.99 charge.
P.O. Box deliveries in the 50 states will be shipped via U.S. Postal Service Parcel Post.
APO/FPO orders will be shipped via U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail at no charge.
U.S. Territories: Most items may be shipped to American Samoa, the Federated States of Micronesia, Guam, the Marshall Islands, the Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands via USPS Priority Mail for a $16.50 charge.
Alaska and Hawaii deliveries: Shipping will be via 2-Day Priority; Overnight may also be selected.
Note that extra fees apply for both 2-day and overnight shipping.
USPS will be selected for P.O. Boxes with a $9.99 charge.
International: We do not ship items purchased from this website to any other destination outside of the United States, other than the U.S. territories listed above.

2-Day (2–3 business days): $17.95
Overnight (1–2 business days): $24.95
Alaska/Hawaii: All orders are sent via 2-day or overnight per the rates listed in table above.
U.S. Territories: All orders are sent via USPS Priority Mail for a fee of $16.50.
APO/FPO: All orders are sent via USPS Priority Mail for FREE.
P.O. Boxes: Delivery is $9.99.
There is no charge for USPS First Class. For expedited shipping, the cost for overnight or second-day depends on the ZIP code it’s being delivered to. Costs are typically between $12 and $15 for second-day delivery and $16 to $18 for overnight delivery.
All times listed above are pending order verification and credit approval, which may take up to 3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays).

APO/FPO orders are shipped via US Postal Service Priority Mail. Please allow additional time for delivery from the APO/FPO to the recipient. Custom products cannot be delivered to APO/FPO; we apologize for that inconvenience.
Note that once the package has been delivered to the APO/FPO, Timberland.com cannot track the order.
Charge for delivery to P.O. Box addresses is $9.99.

Yes! Our Canadian customers can visit our Canada websites at timberland.ca (English version) or timberland.ca/fr_ca/ (French version) and order Timberland® products.
We do not ship items purchased from this website to any other destination outside of the United States, other than the U.S. territories of American Samoa, the Federated States of Micronesia, Guam, the Marshall Islands, the Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands.
We do accept international versions of the following major credit cards; however, the shipping address linked to the card must be a U.S. shipping address, and the billing address must match the credit card billing address.

What Is The “Retail Delivery Fee”?
The Colorado Legislature imposed a $0.29 Retail Delivery Fee on all motor vehicle deliveries to a Colorado location that includes at least one item of tangible personal property subject to state sales and use tax.
This is not a fee imposed by Timberland.
The delivery fee is charged per order, regardless of the number of shipments needed to fulfill the order.
The delivery fee is required even if there is no charge for shipping.
The delivery fee cannot be prorated across orders if there are multiple shipments/packing slips.
The delivery fee also applies to orders shipped from retail stores or ship-from-store orders, so long as delivery is to a Colorado address.
The delivery fee is non-refundable. (Exception: the order is canceled prior to shipping.)
If your delivery address is not located in the state of Colorado and you believe you are been charged this fee in error, please contact Customer Service.
My Order Has Shipping Damage. What Can I Do?
If you receive an item that was damaged during shipment, please contact Customer Service here.
* Please have your order number, item number and tracking number from your original confirmation email ready.
Before accepting your order shipment, inspect the carton and the contents for any potential damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the carton to show some wear; however, if damage to your product(s) did occur, follow these steps:
If the damage is minor, accept the package but make a note of the damage on the shipping receipt, sign and date it. The delivery person should also sign the slip and leave a copy for your records. Then contact Customer Service.
If there is extensive damage to the carton, refuse the order and contact Customer Service.
We will make every reasonable effort to reorder the item or credit your purchase in a timely manner. At this time exchanges are not possible, and a new order will need to be placed.
