How Do I Manage My Account?
Opening an account with Timberland.com gives you a fast, convenient way to buy items, an easy way to track your orders and exclusive news and access to Timberland® events and products.
Your profile contains your personal information, such as your name, email address, gender and birthday. This is also where you can change the password for your timberland.com account. Timberland will never share your personal information with others.
Your Address Book is where all your stored shipping and billing addresses can be viewed, deleted and modified. You can select your default billing and shipping addresses here
Easily add, delete and edit any credit cards you’ve stored in your timberland.com account. We don't store your unique 3- or 4-digit CCV credit card code, though, so you'll always have to enter that.

Instead of relying on just your email and password, MFA asks you to take one quick extra step, such as entering a verification code sent to your phone or email to confirm your identity.
This simple, fast process helps safeguard your personal information, order details, and Timberland Community rewards.

How MFA Works (Step‑by‑Step)
Here’s what to expect when MFA is required:
Login with an existing account
Email is prompted for your input
3 choices for authentication for logging inPasskey (FaceID, fingerprint, or PIN)
Get a Code, where user will be sent a 6 digit code in sms for logging in
Password
Once you have verified then you are direct to our site
Signing up as a new user
Email is prompted for your input
Create account panel pops up for you to populate

Check your spam or unknown senders messages if you’re expecting an sms.
Confirm your device has service for text messages.
Try resending the code.
Make sure your phone number on your account is correct.
Verification codes expire after a short period, request a new one if needed.

Order History
Order tracking information is available by logging into your account and selecting Order History. Click on the tracking number provided to view the delivery status of your order.
Please note that it may take up to an hour for order information to update on Timberland.com. "Order Status" represents what is happening with your order between the time it’s placed and the time it ships from our warehouse. After it’s shipped, you can track your order while it’s in transit.
You can also view your past orders in Order History.
Favorites
Favorites is a place for you to save items that you're thinking about buying. Items placed in your Favorites will remain available even if you leave the site and come back later or another day, making it easy to find what you want when you're ready to make a purchase.
To move items from your Shopping Cart to your Favorites, you have to be logged into your account. Create a Timberland.com account here.
Items will remain in your Favorites until you move them into your Shopping Cart or delete them. If we sell out of one of your Favorite items, it will display as out of stock.
