How Do I Track A Return?

Where do I locate my return tracking number? 

You will be provided with a return tracking slip when dropping off your package at a Canada Post location. The tracking will be noted on the slip. 

How to track a return:

1. Visit https://www.canadapost-postescanada.ca/track-reperage/en#/home  and enter your return tracking number in the Tracking field
2. Once your return is delivered to our Timberland return facility, please allow 3-5 business days for a return confirmation email
3. Returns initiated at Canada Post take 1-2 weeks to complete on average
