There's no typical day in utility work, so we designed a range of boots and shoes that are anything but typical - giving your crew confidence on the ground and on the pole.

Construction worker wearing Boondock boots

When your crew is needed the most, the weather is at its worst. That’s why we built the Boondock boot to handle just about anything nature puts in its path. An all-weather outsole provides year-round traction—with a heel design that improves grip when climbing poles. A roomy composite safety toe lets toes spread out for better balance, and the entire toe area is covered in 6mm-thick rubber for durability and protection.

Inside the boot, Anti-Fatigue Technology absorbs shock and returns energy at key zones for comfort. The softer midsole and rugged outsole work together for compatibility with a wide range of gaffs. Ideal for utility work in all conditions, the Boondock has waterproof leather and a waterproof membrane to help keep you dry.

Construction worker wearing Hypercharge boots

With sport-inspired styling and work boot performance, the Hypercharge is the perfect choice when your crew needs to be nimble on their feet. Built on the StableStride™ platform, they provide increased stability on inclines and uneven terrain. Traction is enhanced by ISN™ technology that adapts to whatever ground is under foot—from rocks to roots.

To keep weight to a minimum, protection comes from composite safety toes with CarbonShield™ technology—the lightest safety toes in our entire line. Our patented Anti-Fatigue Technology provides serious comfort for long days. The Timberland PRO® Rubber outsoles are non-marking, slip-, oil- and abrasion-resistant and heat-resistant. With lightweight, flexible, out-of-the-box comfort, it’s a modern take on work-ready footwear.

Construction worker wearing Rip Saw boots

The iconic utility work boot—rugged, reinforced and built for climbing poles. The Rip Saw is engineered for ultimate support, with a triple-ribbed steel shank. To help keep your crew dry in a downpour, we used premium, waterproof leather and then added a waterproof/breathable membrane. The Vibram® outsole provides extreme traction with deep, aggressive lugs and a heel that locks into ladders and keeps weight balanced evenly on the arch.

When your crew is working on uneven, unstable ground, ISN™ technology contours to the terrain for improved balance. Inside the boot, Anti-Fatigue Technology absorbs the shock from each step and returns energy for all-day comfort.

Construction worker wearing Ridgework boots

With composite safety toes powered by CarbonShield™ technology, Ridgework boots offer serious job site protection paired with athletic-inspired styling. Lined with a waterproof/breathable membrane to help keep your crew dry on the wettest days, and featuring Anti-Fatigue Technology to keep them feeling their best, the Ridgework is the perfect alternative to traditional, heavy work boots.

When the job brings your crew to rocky, uneven terrain, the Stable Stride™ platform improves balance. The Timberland PRO® Rubber outsoles are non-marking, slip-, oil- and abrasion-resistant and heat-resistant up to 572° F. For nimble performance in uncooperative weather, the Ridgework gets the job done.
