SFA Farmers in Leger, Haiti have grown 6,700 trees which earned them enough credits to exchange for over 400 tools.
SFA farmer, Aniel Joazil in Mendor, Haiti used his tree credits to purchase and plant seeds. Trees help bolster the health of his bean fields and in turn produce a higher yields. He gives part of his harvest back to the local SFA seed bank, saves some for his family, and sells the rest.
