Where & when do we deliver

Goods ordered via this website will only be delivered to Switzerland.

We do not deliver goods to P.O. Boxes

• Processed and delivered in 5 working days: CHF 5.95
• Standard deliveries will be made normal business hours.
• Monday through Friday, excluding bank holidays.

For the most recent updates, please always refer to your tracking information provided in the shipping confirmation email. The actual delivery time is displayed at checkout. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.

It is our goal to deliver within the above mentioned times, however, delivery dates are not guaranteed as shipments are handled by third parties.

Order cut-off times are provided as a guideline only and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization.

Orders will be processed in accordance with the Terms of Sales.

We are unable to change the delivery address on orders.
