What to Wear Now: Spring Styles
Four easy pieces
When winter gives way to warm spring days, we love to head to the coast in search of blue seas and skies. For our Portside Blue Collection, we sought inspiration from nature’s hues for a collection of blue denim, casual oxfords and strappy sandals.
So whether you’re discovering hidden spots in a new town or visiting local favorites in your neighborhood, embrace the blue hues in one of our most versatile collections.
Blues Traveler
Pulling together an ensemble that works for both chilly mornings and warm afternoons can be tricky, but this look balances both fashion and function. Our Ludlow Mountain Linen Parka in Dark Sapphire with anorak styling is an ideal top layer and we love the unconventional twist of linen construction to give this an easygoing vibe. It’ll stave off windy mornings, but is light enough for warm afternoons. Bonus: it has a cinch waist - use it.
Footwear advice is our specialty. Enter the Amherst Canvas Oxfords. A cool chukka/sneaker hybrid, these casual kicks have a mixed-media look with washed canvas and leather, and even feature a nod to our famous yellow boot in the shoelace styling. A wear-all-day shoe, they feature soft, wicking linings and SensorFlex™ comfort system outsoles. If you’re looking for a shoe to wear with everything this spring, you’ve found it.
Spring Awakening
Not your average blazer and heels combo. Our Ludlow Mountain Linen Blazer in Dark Sapphire is a sister to our Ludlow Mountain Linen Parka (above) in blazer form– and it’s a spring go-to. The fitted silhouette and breezy cotton/linen mix means it can go from work to play seamlessly.
Finish off the look with the Roslyn Fisherman Sandals in Navy. Styled after a traditional fisherman sandal, but in an updated wedge silhouette, these are sandals that are meant to be lived in all spring- and summer-long.
So ditch the heavy winter layers and get the blues in our spring collection – whether you’re cycling into work, exploring the coast or soaking up the warmer weather on a weekend away.
