Our Classic Boot Just Got Even More Versatile
By: @JamalJackson_, Jamal Jackson of Style Society Guy
I’m a big fan of Timberland’s classic Yellow Boot. It’s iconic, practical, and sturdy. But for a day around town and through NYC, I needed something more lightweight and flexible to keep me comfortable all day long. When I found out Timberland came out with the Radford 6” Boot, I knew I had to get my hands on them. The Radford looks a lot like the Yellow Boot, but feels more functional for running about town thanks to Timberland’s SensorFlex technology, a flexible upper, and a lightweight body.
To keep warm on a recent chilly fall day, I paired my Radford boots with some fall layers. I threw on my slim green cargo pants, a button down, a leather jacket, my Timberland watch, and I laced up my Radford boots. The boots kept things easy to dress up or down, and were versatile enough for that morning’s work meetings, a wander around Central Park, and pizza with my buddies in the evening.
One of the things I loved the most about the boots was their waterproof exterior and flexible soles. So many of my leather or suede shoes can get ruined at the first sign of rain, but these looked good as new and made it easy to go from day to night seamlessly.
Since I spend so much time on the go, the Radford 6” boot helps keep me stylish & ready for anything – no matter what the day brings.
