Rigmaster boots were built from the bottom up—starting with a sole engineered for extreme traction in extreme conditions. The innovative tread design mirrors the standard diamond-plate pattern, letting it lock into diamond plate for secure footing. The oil-resistant polyurethane sole is chemically bonded to the upper for absolute dependability. To withstand the corrosive nature of petroleum, the upper is made from Ever-Guard™ material—specially treated leather that repels oil, gas and water and is 10x more abrasion resistant than ordinary leather.
For enhanced safety on the rig, the radius of the heel matches the radius of ladder rungs—and teeth on the heel match the tread on a ladder. Comfort comes from Anti-Fatigue technology, which puts the anti-fatigue mat inside the boot—because your crew never knows when it could be a long one. The Rigmaster comes in two styles: A pull-on with grips wide enough to grab with oily gloves, and a lace-up with hooks for easy-on, easy-off.
Pull-on boots have become standard issue in the industry—but we engineered the Powerwelt to perform like nothing else out there. We used ultra-thick Ever-Guard™ leather that repels oil and is 10x more abrasion resistant than regular leather. The aggressive polyurethane outsole won’t degrade in oil, and it’s dual-density for the perfect balance of comfort and traction.
With a wide opening and finger-grip pulls, they slip on easy—even with thick gloves. Inside, they’re lined with a breathable and moisture-wicking lining treated for odor control. A contoured dual-density polyurethane footbed provides breathable comfort and drier feet—critical for long days of pulling pipes.
When your crew is slogging through corrosives all day, they need a boot that can withstand the harsh environment. The Mortar is made entirely with synthetic materials, so they’re completely maintenance-free and won’t dry out like leather. Inside the boot, Anti-Fatigue Technology keeps feet feeling energized.
An all-weather outsole compound—tested and proven on the Canadian oil sands—keeps its traction in cold, wet conditions. We engineered it with TPU for improved abrasion resistance and oil resistance. It’s chemically bonded to the upper, using direct injection technology—so there are no threads to degrade with time. Rugged, dependable and built specifically to thrive in caustic workplaces, it’s an excellent choice for hardworking crews.
