STRATHAM, NH, FEBRUARY 19, 2018 – Timberland soars to new heights this spring in a global FlyRoam advertising campaign that follows three urban photographers through Tokyo, London and Chicago, each wearing the newest FlyRoam™ styles with Aerocore™ energy system to unlock the freedom to explore the city from fresh perspectives. For the campaign, Timberland tapped digital influencers @Trashhand, @Night.Scape and @Bludshot to lead the urban adventures and reveal the hidden treasures within their respective cities.
The warm-weather FlyRoam styles feature newly designed outsoles, lightweight knit materials, and sleek designs perfect for fueling the adventures of today’s consumer, wherever they may lead. For men, styles include the FlyRoam Go Oxford and Chukka ($120 - $140) – each featuring premium leather detailing and breathable construction combined with an athletic-inspired fit for the always-on-the-move lifestyle. For women, the FlyRoam Go Knit Chukka and the FlyRoam Hiker ($110 - $130) fuse casual, athletic style with neutral colors for a fresh new look.

London-based photographer @Night.Scape explores his native city proving that the most breathtaking views are often best-reached by foot. Known for scaling tall buildings and accessing hard-to-reach locations, Night.Scape notes that the “freedom to roam is a release.” @Bludshot showcases the light, fast, and free nature of the Aerocore™ energy system as he ventures across skylines, witnessing views of Tokyo from high above, marked poetically by the famous Skytree tower in the background. Both explorers wear the Flyroam Go Oxford ($120).
Chicago-based photographer @Trashhand specializes in photographing architecture and urban environments with a passion for exploring forgotten locations around the world. For the campaign, he leads a fast-paced mission through downtown Chicago wearing the FlyRoam Go Chukka ($120) to capture its iconic skyline from a vantage point that few people get to see.
The global campaign launches on February 19 and was created, and art directed by Virtue Worldwide, a division of Vice Media, London.
