For in-stock items, your order should ship within 1-2 business days after order verification and credit approval, depending on your selected shipping method.

We do everything we can to fill your order completely. However, there are rare instances when something that was ordered may no longer be available. If this happens, we’ll let you know via email. The unavailable item will be removed from your order, and you won’t be charged.


If an item is available in Timberland® stores, you’ll have the option to select the “Find in a Store” button on that item’s product detail page. You can then use the prompt to enter in your zip code or a radius, and we’ll let you know if the item is available in a store near you.


For certain out-of stock styles, we’ll take your email address and size and email you when the item’s back in stock. If you're on the product detail page of a particular item and you see a button saying “Notify Me When Available,” simply click it, select the color and size you are looking for and enter your email. We'll then email you when and if the item(s) come back in stock.
