The boots and jacket are both from Timberland. I hadn't gotten a new puffer coat for awhile and when I saw the olive green Scar Ridge Parka on the Timberland website, I had to get it. I'd been wanting an olive green coat that is thick enough to wear in Chicago winters and was so impressed by how warm this one is yet it's also lightweight. It's also waterproof! If you’re looking for a gift idea for someone who lives in a colder climate or someone who takes weekend trips to the snow, this is perfect! It’s such a practical gift but still is really fashionable.
I also loved these Courmayeur Valley black boots. Boots tend to get pretty dirty here in the city whether it's the snow, the dirt, or the salt from melting the snow! That's why I wanted to go with black although they come in several other cute colors. I love the shearling lining because it keeps your feet really warm. They're also not overly bulky – as a lot of winter boots tend to be. Boots are another great gift idea because they go through so much wear and tear. Who doesn’t love boots?
I needed a new pair of slippers so when I found these knit boots, I knew I wanted to give them a try. They are so comfortable and the sole has an inch of padding so it feels like you're walking on a cloud! I love the pom ties at the side too. They're exactly what you'd want to curl up on the couch with at home. If you’ve got a girl on your gift list, snag these for her! They are great for all ages too!
I also didn't know that Timberland made cold weather accessories. I loved the white, pink, and grey combination of this scarf and hat. They would make such great holiday gifts for anyone on your list! No matter what climate someone is in, scarves and hats are an easy thing to gift and make great stocking stuffers. You can't go wrong. I love that these are a thicker chunky knit, too. Both of these are on Timberland’s gift guide under $50.
