Talk about getting the absolute MOST out of your clothing! Timberland’s collection of 3-in-1 jackets, waterproof shells, and insulated liners are a mix-and-match free for all. You can wear each layer on it’s own, or zip them together for a ruggedly cool (and incredibly warm) look.
If you spend a lot of time outdoors hiking or fishing, you know to be prepared for whatever Mother Nature might throw your way. This Snowdon Peak 3-in-1 M65 Jacket has a classic M65 style, with a ton of modern tech details. You can’t go wrong with a packable hood and drawstring waist, but the real innovation is in the fabric and removable liner. Timberland’s DryVent waterproof fabric is designed to let water slide right off of it, and the insulated inner layer zips out in seconds.
I took the jacket from the mountain straight to the city, so I ditched the outer layer and my sweater for a quick day-to-night transformation. I had the Bear Head Down Vest zipped in as the interior liner, which is perfect on it’s own for casual meet ups at night.
Want the M65 style but don’t need the insulation yet? Just zip it out and pack it away until temperatures drop!
Speaking of packable and lightweight, the Ragged Mountain Packable Jacket is the perfect transitional layering piece to kick off fall. You can roll it up into any bag, and the waterproof fabric and drawstring hood make it a great option for weekends on the water, or running errands around the city. It’s even thin enough to push your sleeves up. I layered the dark grey Bear Head Down Jacket underneath it during our hike and it instantly turned the two lightweight jackets into one really sturdy fall coat. There are hidden zippers right in the front of the jacket and snaps on the back neck and cuffs to ensure the two layers aren’t going anywhere!
