I bought this pair in 1993, so that was 17 years ago. The style is classic hiking boots, the only thing I would complain is that it is heavy for my small frame. After hours of hiking, these boots is a bit heavy.

I bought a pair of these in Jan 1999. I still wear them for hiking at least twice a week and when I finally get around to replacing them I will be buying the exact same ones. They are comfortable and virtually indestructible. I even bought the same boots for my boyfriend last year and he loves them too. Best money I ever spent.

I have had these boots for almost 7 years and they look just as good as they did when I got them for Christmas (I take good care of them - polish, etc). Whenever they wear out, I will be buying another pair. I highly recommend them.

When I was in high school Doc Martens were really popular and of course I wanted a pair. But truth be told I really needed practical boots for outdoor activities. I asked my mom for both docs and tims. She said, "No, pick one or the other." I went for the timberlands and am so happy I did! That was 14 years ago. I have had many pairs of Timberlands since then but I still have these old boots and use them for yard work, hiking, kickin' around, going to the store, taking the dog for a walk, anything really, they are my go to boots. They could be the best choice I made in high school. Thanks Mom!

I have also had this boot for a long time. I have had them since 1998! Traveled through Europe and around U.S. in them. Only looking for a new pair because the tread is finally wearing down. I need some more grip.

Best hiking boot I've ever had. This is my muddy or stream trail hiking boot. This is my wood cutting, mulch hauling, topsoil spreading shoe. I've had them for 15 years and was the best gift I ever got. I'm only getting another pair because "I think" I need to replace my old pair...but I really don't. Just want two pairs in case I can't find them or they stop making them.
