Q. What if I order the wrong size?

A. We want you to like everything about your order - the size, the fit and the style. If you don't, just return it to us unworn, unwashed, and unaltered within 60 days of shipment. We'll credit the credit card you used to make the purchase, although we're not able to process exchanges at this time. If you want to get something different, please return the merchandise within 60 days of shipment and reorder the new item you would like at timberland.com. Orders are subject to product availability, and we will not process any returned merchandise received after 60 days. Sorry, we can't refund shipping charges for returns. Q. How do I convert a women's size to a men's size or vice versa?

A. We take into account a lot of different measurements to determine footwear sizes. Length, width and height measurements are all combined for an exact fit. Because every foot is different and its measurements are unique, we can't offer a recommendation for converting men's or women's footwear sizes.
